Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Vector CRM is operated by MAC Digital LLC. This page explains how to delete the data Vector holds from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when an insurance agency connects its Meta account. Our Privacy Policy (section 4b) describes what that data is and how it is used.

What we hold from Meta

  • An access token for the connected Meta account, stored encrypted.
  • The IDs of the ad account, Pages and Custom Audience the agency selected.
  • Ad performance figures for that ad account (spend, impressions, clicks, lead counts).
  • Lead Ads submissions from the agency's forms, saved as contacts in that agency's Vector account.

1. Disconnect in Vector

Sign in to Vector, open Ad Performance, choose Manage connection, then Disconnect from Facebook. Vector deletes the stored access token immediately and can no longer read anything from your Meta account.

2. Remove Vector CRM from Facebook

On Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Vector CRM and choose Remove. This revokes every permission you granted.

3. Ask us to delete everything else

Email tyler@macinsurance.org from the email address on your Vector account, with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us whether you also want the contacts that came from your Lead Ads deleted. We delete the stored ad performance data and the connection record, confirm by email, and complete the request within 30 days.

If you submitted a Lead Ads form to an agency that uses Vector and want your information removed, contact that agency, or email us and we will pass your request to them.
